We act as an intermediary between manufacturers or distributors (“Suppliers”) and end customers, facilitating the sale and delivery of goods.

Payment Terms

All payments must be made via SEPA or SWIFT bank transfer.
Payments can be made in Euros (EUR) or in an alternative currency, provided the transferred amount is equivalent to the total balance in Euros at the exchange rate determined by our bank at the time of receipt.

Payment details will be provided upon order confirmation. Orders will only be processed upon full prepayment by the client, once the funds have been received and cleared in our account.

We do not accept cash, cheques, or card payments.

You are responsible for any bank transfer fees or charges associated with SEPA or SWIFT payments.

Delivery Area

We deliver our products only within the member states of the European Union.
Orders placed with delivery addresses outside the EU will not be processed.
You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address you provide is located within the permitted delivery region.

Delivery and Risk

Delivery of goods is carried out by third-party Suppliers or their logistics partners acting on their own behalf.
Delivery times and costs depend on the Supplier and delivery destination.

While Trevanto LTD coordinates and monitors delivery, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses that occur during transportation once goods have been dispatched by the Supplier.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the specified address or to the carrier, whichever occurs first.

Inspection and Acceptance of Goods

Upon delivery, you must inspect the goods for any visible defects or discrepancies.
Any claims for missing, damaged, or incorrect items must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to notify us within this period constitutes acceptance of the goods.

Returns and Cancellations

Returns are accepted only if approved in advance by Trevanto LTD.
Goods must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to apply restocking or administrative fees where applicable.

Warranties

All products are supplied with warranties provided by the respective manufacturers or Suppliers.

Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the goods concerned.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, supply chain disruptions, transport delays, or natural disasters.
